Broan makes it easy. Simply remove the old grille, remove the old fan assembly, attach the new fan and new motor plate, and install it into the existing housing. For the grand finale, snap the new white polymeric grille into place, and it's ready to go. No rewiring, no new duct work, and no special tools required. The kit provides everything needed, including new components, a wrench, fasteners, and complete step-by-step instructions.
Quieter Operation, Better Air Ventilation
The new 60-CFM 3.0-sones fan reduces sound levels up to 50 percent and boosts air movement up to 20 percent. With the new bath fan in place, you can enjoy the peace of mind that comes from knowing that--even after the steamiest of morning showers--moisture is quickly being drawn up and out of the bathroom. By helping to return the room to a normal humidity level, the ventilating fan helps prevent mold, mildew-fostering vapor, and other cosmetic and structural problems associated with excess moisture.
